The most awful doctors in the uk. Stay away. Dr Tanya Beaumont was in a hurry to get me to leave the appointment. She wasn’t listening to my concerns and instead jumped to prescribe me medications that are nowhere relevant to my condition. She even admitted that the NHS don’t look at the root cause of the illness and instead just bandaid the symptoms. I have been contacting limelight for about 8 months and they throw me around, send me to A&E who then send me back, refer me to specialists on a 14 month wait list which also somehow gets cancelled. In all this time my condition has made zero progress. This is the last time i visit this practice. As I am typing this I’ve just received a message from Dr Tanya Beaumont saying she’s prescribed me a different medication that is totally different to what was even spoken about at my appointment this morning! Ridiculous!

Disappointing! Zero interest in patient care.

No returned phone calls, no available appointments, or to wait 2-3 weeks waiting times. Doctors and receptionist hang up the phone. Rude receptionist staff laughing at people with medical problems.

This surgery is not very good it is so hard to get a appointment and there ask my GP may as well not be there on three occasions while I have been trying to write the reason I need a appointment it has shut down and it wasn’t even open for three minutes then when I have rang up to try and get a appointment they wouldn’t give me one I was told to try again tomorrow morning. Which if some one was in need off an emergency appointment telling them to wait is not good enough they have to many patients and not enough doctors working at any one time so people have to suffer . It just isn’t good enough or they say somebody will call you back and sometimes it can take up to three days before they call back it really needs to be looked at and addressed it simply isn’t good enough. But nobody seems to care because it’s been like this for over the last few years and the chemist side off it is even worse that I went and signed on at another chemist because they never ever give you all your medication there is always something they haven’t got you would think that they would stock up on things knowing that they are going to need certain medication which is repeated weekly and they don’t communicate with each other the doctor will say your medication is ready to collect. And when you go there they say we haven’t even received it from the doctors which is upstairs and they have computer linked but it’s not on the system you are forever waiting.it really needs Sorting out ASAP.one star from me.

Have been with them for 4 years, just wanted to say, what a positive service they have provided in the time i've been with them, all the staff have been very helpful, i've seen at first hand how poorly treated some of the reception staff have been when they are only trying to do their job

Please avoid this GP practice. My husband waited over an hour for his scheduled appointment only to be told that the doctor is busy and that his appointment would get rescheduled. This is absolutely insane!

This has got to be the worst surgery ever!

They call you, leave a message and then when you try calling back it takes 3 days to get thru to someone. When you do finally speak to someone you get disconnected!

When you have an appointment and they have to reschedule for whatever reason, they just cancel the appointment, reschedule for another day and then leave you a message. When you calk them back to say you can't make it they sound shocked and surprised. They think you're sat at home doing nothing.

The nurses make assumptions about you and don't actually ask any questions. They just go off on a tangent. Sick to the back teeth with this lot.

Bring back Dr Kaur from retirement! It was better ran then.

I appreciated getting my appointment quite quickly and thank to the Dr I saw who was very very nice and helpful and put my mind at rest. Under difficult stressful times this is appreciated.
