Reviews of Lime Square Medical Centre

I am so happy to review my new medical centre. We only registered last winter and I am impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Omair in the reception, went above and beyond my expectations to sort out our medical records from the previous practice. I am sure they are managed by good managers hence the staff performance is excellent. Regarding the medical staff they are all amazing; my son got his vaccinations where the nurse made him feel comfortable. I had some blood and other tests pending with my previous GP practitioner and I was concerned that they would be lost somewhere in the system when I transferred my records here, however I am so relieved that everything is in place and I am so well pampered! Thank you so much!

1 star is still a lot for this GP practice. My 6 month child has temperature of 39+ for over 2 week. Every day calling for an appointment no appointment, and tells me to take her to hospital. Toke her to hospital and was told viral infection, don’t know how can they say it’s viral as they haven’t checked her ears, mouth, chest, Tommy as usual checks that you would do on a baby, just looking at her and saying she has viral infection.

Steer clear from this practice if you care about living longer. My experience with them is terrible and scary. This should be a zero star review, not even one.
They keep saying that they will send me the referral since Feb 2023 but it never happens, to the point that I had to pay to go privately to get it sorted.
This happened again about 6 years ago when they were reluctant in giving me a referral, I had to literally beg them and ONLY AFTER TWO YEARS I did finally get it and guess what? It was cancer, so I could have died.
They are shallow, don't care about our health.
Again, about 5 years ago I had another problem with my back, I couldn't even walk and this was a recurring problem. They kept telling me that there was nothing to do, just to get paracetamol and get some rest, until I got to the point that I couldn't walk for real, then only after 3 years FINALLY they prescribed an MRI and guess what (again)? I have a disease that needed urgent attention.
Another one: about 6 years ago (maybe more) I went to see them because I was unwell, feeling tired and dizzy nearly faintish all the time and I remember it was warm weather like in May/June. The doctor didn't even visit me, just asked some questions like "do you drink enough water?" or "do you do sport?" "what do you eat?" etc... and then he just said "well, you have nothing, it's just the warm weather. Avoid fatty food and drink more water". 5 years later, where I kept feeling in the same way, finally, and only after the 10th visit where I was having constant banging headaches, another doctor FINALLY visited me, checked my blood pressure and (again) guess what? I have hypertension and needed medications. I risked a stroke or heart attack for 5 years!!!
I've had enough of them now, I feel I'm a survivor, a lucky one but I can see that one day I won't be so lucky if I stay with them, so I decided to go somewhere else for a chance to live longer.
As a foot note: the Nurses are absolutely fine. They are lovely and care about patients.
I hope this review will help saving lives, because that's all about here.

I thoroughly love the prompt and efficient service I get when in contact with Lime square medical practice. If there was any issue I wouldn’t hesitate to address it in terms of the service provided. I have been with the practice since 2021 and I wouldn’t switch.

Do not have the option to leave 0 star for this disgusting rude unprofessional so called doctors .. they are cocky receptionist and the Manager is a liar with a very bad UNPROFESSIONAL attitude … mis diagnosed and made me have a serve reaction to the numerous tablets they just fobbed me off with which resulted in me being took to A&E

I was worried after seeing the reviews on google. But throughout my appointment I was treated with respect and kindness by both the doctor and receptionist.

Really poor customer service when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment only to find 1 person behind the desk and all you could hear was other colleagues laughing and joking behind the wall about how children talk to them or ignore them. Clearly not worried about the first impression for customers when it's busy.
