Lifeworks is a small boutique studio in the middle of the high st. They offer a good range of classes from pilates, strengthening and yoga plus soul reset for your mental wellbeing. Karen the studio owner and main instructor is very knowledgeable, she is supported by a small team of great instructors making Lifeworks a friendly community to be part of.

I attend several classes each week, good variety of options and range of times. The instructors all take time to ensure they understand any physical issues. Classes are welcoming and fun, they are as challenging as you personally choose to make them!

Karen’s Pilates classes are excellent, they are inclusive but will stretch you (literally) and always finish with a brief grounding session, like a mini meditation or savasana. The small class size means Karen can offer personal tips to help with injuries or technique. Karen has a warm kind manner which makes you feel part of something and to want to keep turning up. Can’t wait to try some of the other classes on offer at this new high street studio.
