Lifetime homecare is one of the best companies I,ve worked for ,they always give us all the support we need, i,ve been with the company for neally a year, it so rewarding , and gives me job satisfaction, we have some of the best Carer and Befrienders, we are all committed to all our service user,s, to make sure they have the best care and support they need, I would recommend this company for anyone who needs care and support.

Well where do I start last month was my anniversary of being with lifetime home care for 8 years, who would of thought 8 years ago when I started as one of there first carers I would now of worked my way to become a care co ordinator this has only been achieved because of the great team of staff and management that have believed in me and gave me the confidence to believe in myself .

Never on time always late. Not reading any of the notes that family have put up. Not following the care plan. Leaving bedding wet on the bed and just making it without checking properly. Not checking night wear is clean. Very disappointed with the level of care to the elderly it’s verging on neglect.
