Well, I have both a therapist and a psychiatrist (Stratton, Carlson) that I see on a regular basis. I see them via zoom and the therapy I have received as well as the med management has been really super. I feel "heard" and the connection that is present is really something that has helped me immensely in dealing with some very significant levels of anxiety, panic, as well as some sleeping issues. These folks are very professional, very compassionate, and frankly, very insightful.
I still have a journey ahead of me, but each day is becoming more and more pleasurable and that is in large part thanks to the care I currently receive. I would certainly recommend anyone who is perhaps struggling with something to consider taking that first step in contacting these folks. They are very accommodating as well. I am partial to my 2 specific care givers but there are many to choose from.

First booking the therapist was a no-show. Customer service simply said to keep waiting in the waiting room or reschedule. No empathy or understanding that maybe someone seeking therapy might not be in the right headspace to be told to “keep waiting” or reschedule as if it was nothing. Second booking was also a no show and customer service said there was a technical issue and to reschedule. Again, not showing any understanding that I was seeking help and twice was left helpless and told to reschedule. Third booking finally the therapist showed up and spent NO LESS THAN 20 MINUTES asking the same damn questions as the ones I filled out on the plethora of forms. Complete waste of time. Very scammy. Did not make me feel cared for and did not help in the underlying issue. No wonder there is disdain towards the health care industry….we are just money and copays to them.

My virtual appointment went beautifully, I had to get an EKG and since- NOTHING!!!! I have called over and over , I have sent messages and nothing there either. Terrible patient support. I would definitely choose a different company to do business with. I've never had such a terrible time to get an appointment.

I’m pretty sure that I left a different review on this topic, but I wanted to say it again
This place is where patients who want real help should go.
I live in port Charlotte and had to go through two many incompetent psychiatrists in this area it’s almost embarrassing.
Finally, I got one as great as Dr.Pierre (Dr.Joseph). He takes the time to listen to you; he is ethical; sticks to the hippocratic oath and knows what he is talking about- all while having the best attitude!
He has helped me tremendously- definitely recommend!!!

I really like being a part of LifeStanceOn Zoom and the seeing another Psychiatrist in person. Very attentive to my needs, and understanding. I'm sure that every patients are getting the same experience that l experienced in the years l have been with LifeStance, and I am Very Satisfied with all the staff for any of my needs that are met. The new patient appointment turn around time is amazingly fast. I was able to get set up, with patient portal access and scheduled with the Dr I wanted to see within a week. They do ask that you call to schedule the first appointment instead of doing it online but I can understand why.
The office staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I have copies of my medical records and wanted to make sure they were available to the Dr before my first appointment. The staff had no problem taking care this for me. Every contact has been pleasant and positive. The office staff & the Dr are attentive and actually listen to you. They don't make you feel rushed or inconvenient. They are reassuring and attentive; qualities you'd expect when it comes to health care, especially mental healthcare.
Virtual visits make life so much easier. Less time off of work and no traffic stress. These visits feel a bit more personal because they can take place in your space, where you're most at ease. Anything you may have forgotten to "bring with you" can be quickly retrieved, which allows both sides to make the most of the appointment.
Highly recommended.
