Had great customer service from Blake, but lose a star as the confirmation email for my order was misleading, provided me the wrong information about how to provide a sample. The app and the website aren't easy to navigate and the mistake leading me to speak to customer service was avoidable.

Having to now demand a refund due to them not sending out all the kit needed. Then second time only sending a part of it and then not sending at all! Been chasing it for a couple of weeks now and keep getting fobbed off saying my order will be listed as "priority" and that I will receive new shipping details. Hasn't happened!

One stars due to the live chat advisors being polite, however one had the cheek to ask me to remove the thumbs down to the chat when I got sent the same copy and paste message about requesting a refund , even though I said I had already done this. Apparently affects their monthly rating!!

Won't be using and once I finally get my money back, will be going elsewhere.
