Appalling customer care delivered by the receptionist, completely rude. After standing waiting for a receptionist to finish her phone call, saw me waiting before others, then carried on to see to someone who walked in after me. When I challenged this she was off hand and rude. Granted it got me dealt with then in my rightful turn, though she tried to make out I was in the wrong. Definitely in need of some customer care training.so glad this is not my practice.

After Earnshaw left this place went downhill,
Its impossible to get an appointments with a doctor face to face.
They don't refer you further with your problem, also it seems like their solution for everything is take ibuprofen, even though hospital gave me antibiotics and told me, after I run out request another lot from my GP.
Just to be told by one of the lady Dr's. that I don't need antibiotics and I should take Ibuprofen, (at the hospital they actually run test!! So you imagine, back to hospital waiting couple hours just to be able to get another lot of antibiotics) It's a joke.
There is this one receptionist who's choosing to be proper akward with even giving you a phone appointment with the doctor.
Not recommend them for sure.

A community health centre with many different clinics. X2 GP surgeries, wheelchair services, Speech therapy, dieticians, Memory Assessment, Ultrasound, Orthoptics, MSI, Diabetic Eye Screening.

No longer a walk in centre and no longer the emergency dentist.

Medical appointment. Pretty standard place. Serious faces in the waiting room. Very warm as it was a hot day. Glad that there's a lift.

I was sad to learn, Dr Howarth has left the practice, she was such a thorough GP and is sadly missed.

I've not needed to make contact with the surgery up until recently. The GP I spoke with was ok, however, felt that he was stereotyping me on lifestyle change. The GP has never seen me nor does he know what my lifestyle is.

Since covid it has become difficult to see a gp and I don't feel all my health issues can be discussed in a telephone consultation. I doubt this is the only practice that operates in this way.

I left this practice over a year ago now, as I had to seek private health care as the doctors were not listening nor were they addressing my health issues, all they did was throw medications at me especially antibiotics, to the point where my pharmacist became concerned and advised i went to A&E. Dr Thagia is so rude, she thinks, because she is a gp she is above you.

The new practice I'm with, i can say, the few doctors I have seen are brilliant, they do lIsten and don't just throw medications at you.

Very quick, and the staff are very friendly. Was great with my daughter and made her comfortable as she wasn't keen on being there. Dentist.

Awful. Got appointment at 10am and waited about an hour. When I asked to reception she said she doesn't know how long it going to take. What's the point of appointment if need waiting that long.
Need to improve.

Absolutely horrified by the way my grandad was treated at his appointment. Went past waiting time for him to be told nobody was there to see to him. The woman he was supposed to see sent her assistant to sort out my grandads assessment, then turned up with her shopping bags in hand with no care in the world. Luckily my dad was with him as he is a vulnerable man with mental health issues. Disgraceful !!
