This service had a quick application time between the self referral call and first assessment.
Been using the service for about a year myself and have no complaints. The staff are lovely and tailor to all my needs.
Highly recommended if you wish to have counselling or if you wish to get involved with the groups they have. Pop in and ask for details for more information. 🙂

I went to Mind back in 2013 for help.
Staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
Can either be referred by GP or be a walk in and fill in a self referral form in.
Would definitely highly recommend their services if you need a bit of a helping hand

I have been going on and off to mind for years, great staff, very friendly and they give you the confidence to be you again.
Also Tracy is one of the best cbt therapists in hartlepool (own opinion), I don't know where I would be without her.

I'm housebound but had 2 phone calls from them. Initially I felt confident and supported as they said they could offer me therapy and support in getting out.
I rang this week to be told they were in fact unable to offer anything to me but a referral to the effective disorders team who they had been made aware had caused significant trauma to me.
So they have gone back on the promises made of assigning me a CBT therapist and support and left me totally unsupported and alone knowing I have no family, no friends and no help.
