In and out within 20 minutes. Came for a blood test, I arrived early to get a parking space, but there were plenty. I arrived just before 16:00. I was on my way out before quarter past. Always super friendly staff here. They're a credit to their profession.

I can't thank the staff at Leighton hospital enough after my recent stay in CDU. Every single person was absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for me. The place is spotless , well kept and extremely well run. They deserve the highest praise possible. Thank you so much.

Too hot there isn’t any need to heat the corridors to a green house level. I’d suggest those having trouble heating their homes take a day out ant the hospital. Appointment wasn’t on time and no idea of when I would be seen when I checked. But they remind you how much an appointment cost. I like to remind them I’m paying for the privilege of parking while being kept waiting for an over due appointment .

No one likes visiting hospitals, but Leighton and its staff are 100% credit to our wonderful NHS. Recent appointments has been dealt with quickly and thoroughly, from the welcome guys at the doors to the consultants.

Visited the eye clinic today for follow up appointment.
Staff were amazing. Extremely efficient and friendly despite being very busy.
The outpatients department was clean and welcoming.
Wait time was acceptable.
My only gripe is the over complicated parking system. I find it odd that the payment area is in the main reception and not on the car park itself. I was glad however to find that you can pay with cash. .

Really friendly staff who help me find the department I needed and helped me get my drink out of the vending machine after it got stuck. No wait times. The building is run down and will be replaced thanks to the local MP who campaigned for this. I hope the next building is even better and continues to operate with excellence for many years to come

Went here with an urgent referral from my GP concerning appendicitis. Arrived, welcomed and ushered through a streamline, triage, and blood test - why can't they all be one person!? Then was left abandoned in a waiting area for over six hours. Many others were abandoned, with some waiting for over eight hours. Ultimately, we were told that that they had no surgeons to help and I'd have to just wait until one showed up. I then discovered all the dozens of people waiting would continue doing so because there were no doctors! The NHS is on its knees and it wouldn't harm the patronising team here to be up front and honest with those arriving.

Staff in opthalmology and A&E absolutely brilliant. Can't thank them enough. Only problem was sitting in a chair since one o'clock on Saturday and it is now 3.15 on Sunday. 26 hrs because they had no beds at all!!! Totally horrendous.
Came across one homeless gent who had no phone and no means of contacting his family. He had been in waiting area for two days. Nurse in charge, wearing red jacket was horrendous. Showed no empathy or sympathy for his situation. Just said it wasn't a hotel!!! In the event we managed to contact his daughter who organised a hotel for him for two nights. Following day a young man came in havinggot on wrong train in Stockport and finished up in Crewe. Similar situation. He was suffering with mental illness. He had also lost his phone. Two other patients and myself managed to track down his mother and fathers phone numbers. We phoned and were able to arrange to get him home. Again no help or empathy for this man's situation. Head nurse in A£E told him he had to leave.
If anything goes wrong I hope she realises the part she paid.
