I have never spoken to a more unhelpful, rude and inconsiderate receptionist in my life. I called because I was desperately worried and wanted to make an appointment. The woman involved was hostile and aggressive. I will be requesting to change GP. It used to be an amazing surgery under Dr Smart, but standards have not only slipped they have nose dived.

Christmas Eve, you must have been rushed off your feet. But you still squeezed in a call to my wife to agree some different painkillers before the Christmas closure.

Absolutely Awful. 4 week old baby became unsettled for feeding as we were leaving home for appointment making us 12 mins late (we tried to feed him earlier In anticipation of going out without luck). Doctor wouldn’t see baby. Surgery will call back to make another appointment later.

I've joined because my wife was well looked after, unfortunately that's not the case for me since dr. SMART left. In 5+ years I've only managed to see doctor only 4-5 times, reception staff is very rude over the phone and make you feel you not wanted there, canceling the calls once connected stating they can hear you but there's no problem with networks or pick up and hang up immediately... don't bother requesting medications via online system, they will flog you back to reception staff to book appointment with the doctor, and you back to square 1 - reviews states enough of issues relating to the place. Worse than mounts now... DO NOT RECOMMEND-go private and get looked after properly.

I was scheduled for appointment on the 31st of January 2024, I stopped all activities for the day and got there only for me to be told two nurses are absent so my appointment is canceled. I told the lady at the front desk I had two appointments one for 12:10 and the other 2:40 she said both has been canceled. I asked for another appointment and was given the 26th of February. I came home only to receive a letter two weeks after that a refused to show up for my appointment. I was treated badly yet am being queried for not coming. I have been calling to explain what happened till date I have not gotten through to them.
