My dad came here for rehab after surgery however the physios told myself my family and my dad he would never walk again. They gave up on my dad before they tried to get my dad moving again.
Since being home my dad is now standing and learning to walk massive shock after being told he’d never get off the bed again
The nursing staff we’re absolutely amazing, my dads care was perfect and couldn’t fault them special mention to Neil who made my dads stay there happier with all things considered he also made us as a family feel happy and safe that dad was being cared for.

Can't thank Leasowes enough, my dad is coming home today after spending 2/3 weeks at the centre. Despite dad having a disability all his life with Scoliosis of the spine and having a partial leg amputation, Leasowes handled him brilliantly. Neil and ALL the staff there have been great in looking after him and for that I'm extremely thankful!

I would give them a minus if i could. My dad had a fall and broke his ankle. After the healing process the carers along with the physios got him walking again at the nursing home where he was staying. Slowly but steady. These guys rang out of the blue and said they wanted him in for rehab. They took him in and as he suffers from dementia they could not handle him even tho I had pre warned them. They drugged him and kept him bed bound. Hardly any physio was done and I found myself doing more than them. My dad went backwards and they just sent him back to the nursing home saying hoist only. Absolutely disgusted that these guys sent my dad's rehab backwards and they have the nerve to think they do well. Nobody is held accountable and if you are normal healthwise that's fine but it stinks that they did not even check or assess my dad before they got him into their place. Because of them My dad is now totally bed bound. Shocking to think he was walking until these jokers tool him

whats the point of a patient phone line if you never answer 😡it and you stand at the door for half hr before you let us in and all your doing is sitting there because we see you laughing and chatting to each other just rude
Its our parents in there how would you feel if you couldnt get to know how your parents were doing because of no information

Can't thank all the nurse's and staff for looking after my mom making her feel at ease and cared for at a bad time and actually getting her sores healing big shout to Shirley Neil and the receptionist . Thanks mat and Michelle Burgess

My (Muth) Mother Vera Ashfield was admitted into Leasows and spent the last 7 weeks of
her life there... I cannot express the gratitude
too the entire staff there, of the way they treated my Mother... If she had been a Queen
she could not have been looked after any better, physically, mentally and as a human being... The care was exceptional, even too us
her family...
