Absolute brilliant service. Mr Lawton is such a professional and knowledgeable vet. Was referred to Lawton & Stoakes from my own vet, my 9 year old Japanese Akita Sushi had been diagnosed with glaucoma. Mr Lawton explained the condition in plain english and advised the best treatment plan. Mr Lawton gave me time to think about my decision with no pressure. Sushi unfortunately had to have her right eye removed. Mr Lawton carried out the surgery with great results. Just a day later Sushi is back to her old self. I can not recommend this practice enough. Mr Lawton is an excellent vet and all the staff at the practice have been so friendly and helpful throughout the treatment of Sushi. Easily a 5 star + from Sushi and Me 😊

Mr Lawton is currently seeing our elderly and much loved cat. She was referred to him by our usual vet when she suddenly went blind.. We have been so grateful for his expertise and advice regarding her blood pressure and failing eyesight. Excellent explanations of what has happened - what a normal retina looks like and what our cat’s retina looks like and why. She is now on medication and some of her eyesight in one eye has recovered.
Everyone we have met at the surgery has been lovely. Highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Amazing practice, Dr Lawton is as expected extremely knowledgeable and directed us throughly through the process of our rabbits amputation. Our rabbit healed quickly thanks to this practice.

The pricing is also extremely fair and cheaper than the two previous veterinarian practices we visited before.
Receptionist were also very accommodating and helpful even after arriving late.

Undoubtedly a 10/10 practice. Thank you very much!!

Extremely friendly staff. Brought in my two Common Musk turtles for a check up (all is well).
Very please with the professionalism of the vet and nurse. Felt welcomed the very second I came to the reception. Cannot fault anything.

Mr Lawton is so knowledgeable regarding Tortoises and is very professional in the way he will ask you the questions that need to be asked to establish your tortoises issues. After a thorough examination Mr Lawton then gives you he's opinion and suggests the treatments that are needed if any. Gives great ongoing advice.
