I have had a really positive experience with Lawrence Hill Health centre. All of the Doctors and Nurses I have interacted with have been incredibly caring, reassuring and knowledgeable. I only didn’t give 5* as I had to wait over 6 months for an appointment slot to be available. Otherwise, no complaints at all!

Poor customer experience, got late to an appointment by 5 mins due to delay in train. Called and informed we'll in advance about the train delay but I was not told not to come. But after reaching I was told that you can't be attended.

Surgery was almost empty with just 1 patient in the waiting area, i took half day leave from work which got wasted, I said I can wait but was told to come back after almost a month.

I could have been told not to come when I called and said train is late. I was really cross and frustrated.

I was there on Wednesday to have my blood tested. The nurse who treated me couldn't find my vein to draw my blood. I always have a problem with this, because it is very difficult to find it. But she treated me very well, super kind and very patient. It is a pleasure to find people like this in healthcare. Thank you so much

I went to LHHC for a health MOT. I was booked in by a polite and friendly receptionist. The health professional, came out to the waiting room to greet me personally, introducing herself as A ***. I was weighed, blood pressure read, blood sample extracted and asked questions regarding my lifestyle. It was a professional yet friendly experience, where I felt comfortable at all times. Thank you. The lead up to the appointment was poor, waited 55 minutes after check in before being called through (35 minutes after apt was due to start).
Once we were in the doctors office to have the review, it positive and happy with service. GP engaged well with the children and addressed concerns.

My family and I have been registered at the surgery since 2013 and we’ve had a fantastic experience the whole way through. They’ve been efficient and helpful. Just recently we’ve had same day call backs after doing an online consult. Found the GPs and nursing staff particularly helpful.

Very good experience here, the call back option for appointments is my preference. I got an appointment within a few days, and was booked in for further tests at the surgery on the same day. Dr Ogden was very helpful and professional. The treatment room staff was friendly, and completed my tests although i had to remind her what I was booked in for. I had to wait 10 minutes as she was doing her e learning and apparently 'lost track of time' . She explained the test to me efficiently. Unfortunately, there was a dirty bandage underneath the couch . Thus patt of my surgery experience is why I have marked the surgery down to 3 out of 5.
