I’ve been going to Charley exclusively for several years for my Hollywood wax. I’ve been waxing for the past 20 years or more. The reason I stick with Charley is because she is the gentlest I’ve ever experienced and I find her wax to be of high quality. Charley takes her time to give the best result but she is still very quick. In addition to that, she is easy to get to and has a lovely personality and also her environment is beautiful decorated in a very relaxing tone. I look forward to seeing her every 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

Professional, relaxing and knowledgeable!

I finally booked in an appointment and wish I had done this so much sooner. I booked in for a facial and massage, which was both relaxing and tailored to my needs. Charley made me feel so relaxed and took the time to talk to me about my needs to ensure the treatment was most beneficial to me. I will definitely be returning and I would highly recommended booking an appointment!

I came to Lavender after a change in my skin with hormones. I was made to feel very comfortable discussing skin, and Charley is so lovely. The first facial was like magic, and did just the job of making my skin glow like it hadn’t for a long time. Charley gave me advice of some changes to make to my skincare regime at home which were priceless and her dermatology background is very clear with the advice she gives. I always leave with my skin feeling noticeably brighter/fresh and it does wonders for your self-confidence after having so many awful breakouts!

I went to Lavender Skincare to have a small lump on my face removed along with blood spots and a small red vein on my nose. Charley was so lovely and welcoming, she was so knowledgeable with everything I asked her. I felt so assured I was in good hands after having a poor experience with another business that wanted me to have ongoing treatments with them to remove this lump which did not work! Charley advised me of the reasons etc why it did not work and after one session with her it has gone, she reassured me through out the procedure to ensure I was ok, she advised me on my aftercare and was clear on exactly what I should and shouldn’t be doing plus reassuring that If I have any questions after I leave to contact her and she also checked on me after 2 weeks to see how I was feeling and to see how my healing is going. I honestly cannot thank her enough, this small lump on my face has bothered me for years and I thought i would never be able to get rid of without spending loads of money until my friend recommended me to Lavender Skincare and it was so affordable, I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Once again thank you, I will definitely be back for a massage and a facial xxxx
