Nurses and nurse practitioners are exceptional. Reception staff always helpful. Used the new triage form without any problems and got a same day appointment. Can't fault them

In a nutshell : just went in to see if someone could take a listen to my chest...been having some pains and odd feelings in there! Obviously worried. Waited nearly 10 mins to speak to a receptionist - only about 3 people in waiting room, (more staff than patients!).
I was told " this isn't a walk-in service", and that I'd have to go home, fill in the triage form ( that I'm currently struggling to access!), then, if I'm 'bad', drive myself to derriford!!
Angry and gobsmacked, to say the least.

Frustrating and not great when trying to get an appointment, even routine appointments for things like a repeat blood test the doctor has already asked for. If you ring, they tell you to fill out the online form, which they stupidly close at 2 by the way, so it is no good for people who struggle to find time in the morning to sit down and figure out a stupid online form, then once that's sent in, you get a reply telling you to call them, so you call, and you're on hold in a queue for so long that you have to give up because you have other things to do in the day!

First they shut down the phone lines at 14:00 and now as far as I can tell they shut the on line registration at 14:00. All i want is to help this medical centre by lowering my risk to them and myself of being caught short without medication due to a last minute work call abroad. It also means take up less of their time with 8 less visits a year. The doctor has bounced the request twice for a 3 month supply of meds, and now when I spoke to reception they told me to fill in the form. I get home - start the computer, go to the site - and… yes you guessed it… we are not taking any more web forms today. So when I can fill in this form, I’m going to have to answer questions such as am I about to harm myself etc. Am I suffering mental distress…. Maybe this should be yes…. Dealing with surgery where all sensible logic has been flung out the window. This is just total inefficiency for both me and the surgery. No one is reversing the outcome of my cancer treatment, so whether I like it or not, I’m on these meds for life. The doctors have the ability to sort this, instead they bounce the request, causing more and more work for all. Why did the surgery have the extension… it seems since then service has contacted, not extended!!

Cruelty to patients. completely unable to book an appointment. Younger, dark haired receptionist is obstructive/unhelpful.
Now trying to book appointment via app, but it says ‘no appointments at this organisation’, then kicks me out, no option to view other days.
Quite frankly, torturous. The medical centre has gone from bad to unbearable.
I have suspected skin cancer, very worried, and know there is no help to be had here.

Trying to order a prescription via the medical centre is painful, often resulting in not having medication in time. A very stressful situation every time. I dread having to contact them.
