If I could give 0 starts I would. Don’t book here if you want a laser treatment that works. They purposely use a lower setting which will lead to you having book more appointments. Laser hair removal treatment is not effective at the Bluewater clinic. I advise you go elsewhere.

I have been doing a few sessions here with Sonia since a year and she has been brilliant. But today I had a really horrible experience here with a staff by the name of Loredana. I was 8 min late to the clinic as stuck in traffic and had tried calling once to inform them but since they had not opened till 10 am no one picked up. I reached at
10 08 am for the appt and Loredana (never met her before) who was at the counter was extremely rude and aggressive right on walking in. She said they are also late and so can’t do my appt on time. I said I can’t wait. Then she asked me to choose just one area for Hair removal today when my appt was for 2 areas. Usually both together take around 10 min. Why would I skip one area when my appt is after 2 month waiting ? She went on to say she can’t confirm if she can do 2 areas and started accusing me of wasting time talking. Her colleague then started to whisper to Loredana to try and do both areas but she was so adamant not to. At this point she started telling I will have to cancel my treatment today. And I walked out from the clinic then. Such rude and horrible staff like Loredana have you kept who treats clients so badly and are so full of themselves. Her attitude right from the beginning was appalling. I would definitely not have done my treatment with such a rude person anyway.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Bushra. This was the first time i’d had laser in a while and she guided me through entire process with a lot of care. she took her time and was really helpful throughout the entire process. The machine that they use is also so much more comfortable than other machines i’ve ever see at other clinics. Will definitely come back again!!!!

The first appointment was absolutely fine, the Dr was great, and had a really great experience, but paid a fair whack for treatment. Just been called by the clinic to have my after care follow up appointment cancelled. Very unprofessional and dangerous, do not recommend under any circumstance.

Purchased a 10 session laser hair removal package for two areas. Sessions were always very quick and I was never left in the waiting area for more than 5 minutes. I would often call up to rearrange appointments last minute due to work schedules and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helped me rearrange my appointments with ease. For each session, I usually had a different practitioner but each and every one of them was friendly, always checked midway through the session to see if I needed a break from the laser, and results become visible within one session. I do require more than ten sessions for hair to be completely/mostly removed and I am definitely planning on booking a few more sessions to finish up at this clinic.
