My friend contacted the clinic using their website and requested a response. The communication was ignored. Later she used the 'contact us' form which promises a call back. None came. My friend was explaining she had trauma and was asking for help. As you know this is a very difficult thing to do if you have trauma and ignoring it is the last thing you should do. I assume the clinic did not have available appointments but this does not excuse the lack of a response which would have taken 2 mins. It's clear the clinic does not care about people when there isnt money to be made. For this reason I wouldnt use them
