Having been badly let down by Well online pharmacy I was left with only 3 doses of medication which would not last me over the bank holiday. Dr Jill Deas sorted the problem and reissued a prescription straight away and I was able to get the medication I needed.

It was lovely to experience a problem being sorted so quickly and efficiently. I really appreciate everyone in the team that makes the practice run so well.

I am very happy with my experience with Vicky who is in the IT dept. This is the 2nd time she went out of the way and helped me with the issues I had and explained to me what has to be done with regards to my Toddlers prescription. She is amazing.

I've had 2 recent appointments regarding menopause symptoms and requesting a fit note for Covid 19. The Doctor i saw for menopause was outstanding and I was in hospital within 8 days having a biopsy which was fantastic as it reduces anxiety of waiting. The receptionist i saw for my fit note for covid was also outstanding. She was extremely calm and patient with a patient before me who was quiye challenging and still responded to me calmly and did exactly what I requested for my fit note.

Dr Gawley is fantastic, listen to what I have to say, very genuine, good diagnostician & thinks outside of the box to put symptoms together for the best testing & treatment if needed. I would 100% recommend him as a doctor. Difficult to get through to reception due to long wait times, but they are polite & helpful when able to or if helping with something within the surgery.

Today I had an appointment with Rose the Pharmacy lead and Rose lived up to the Practice's high standard of care, we had a productive discussion on my current meds needs and I was very touched by Rose's thoroughness and indeed kindness.
