I've never come across a surgery like it! I waited initially 3 weeks to see a doctor who ordered tests, which took another week! These have come back abnormal and I've been told to book another appointment, phoned this morning and was told 18th! Are you actually serious! I could be dead by then! It's a different doctor everytime you go, there is no continuity and absolutely no empathy from any of the reception staff who want to know the ins and outs of what's going on!
Please don't reply with please fill out a questionnaire because I'll tell you exactly what to do with it, and you wonder why people take themselves to A&E unnecessarily at times because you don't get the care from your local GP!!

I was left waiting at Reception for over 10 minutes before being acknowledged. One employee was behind his window on the phone and the other two windows were closed. This is a regular occurrence; I’ve witnessed this many times with other patients. The reception staff are so rude and just completely ignore people who are waiting. Absolutely shocking service.

Have always had great experiences here. The staff and docs are really helpful and accommodating and unlike some surgeries I can actually get an appointment to see a doctor! Keep up the good work, it's very much appreciated.

The challenge is racial bias & neglect if patients are from other ethnic groups that are not regarded as white. This GP surgery has very bad conduct towards non white/English people and sadly this needs to be looked into immediately. I’ve tried a couple of times to speak to the practice manager but was told they’re on holiday.

Wow what great service from start to finish.
Having found myself requiring swift attention the surgery certainly delivered.
The reception staff were just lovely and understood my predicament, l was very lucky to receive a face to face appointment within minimal time.
Dr Pasha was wonderfully attentive and understanding, l left feeling as though a weight had been taken off my shoulders.

Really bad attitude! I dont know the older woman is who works the the prescription window but she needs to seriously reconsider how she speaks to people!! she has a positively BAD attitude!! she is rude, abrupt and obstructive!!.

3 times now she has been any one of the above to me and next time despite your request for us to be kind I am going to give her a piece of my mind!! and trust me that wont be pleasant!

I suggest you pull her to one side and explain in simple terms that being kind works both ways!!

Apart from a minor issue, my experiences with Langport surgery have been consistently good. My recent consultation with Dr Badawi was no exception, she really was good.

This used to be an excellent practice until they introduced their wretched online consultations. As a result I couldn't contact my GP today when I needed to speak to him. My Father complained to me recently that the surgery would not longer accept letters to his GP too. He is 86 and has sent letters for years.
Poor show I'm afraid.
