I'm surprised to see some of the negative reviews, though I can understand how the booking system might frustrate people at times. I've been coming to this practice since 2019, and I've always been impressed with the care, the environment, and especially the team—from doctors to receptionists. Compared to other practices in Crawley, this one stands out as one of the best. It’s consistently spotless, the staff are polite, and the doctors are attentive, helpful, and committed to following up with patients for feedback. The only reason I haven't rated LCS five stars is the booking system. The phone service is limited, and I’d love to see an improved online booking system with a calendar view showing doctor availability up to six months in advance.

I have been going to them since 2008 and over the years the quality of care has dropped to the point of neglect. They only have appointments at 8:30 on the dot when I am working/unable to call them and when you try to use the online form no matter what time of day you get the same come back tomorrow message. Add to that when you request medication they tell you, you need a review only to tell you they have no appointments available and will not renew the medication. I had to go private in the end at £150 at my own expense to get my medication renewed. It's obvious they have taken on too many patients in the name of profit. I recommend getting private healthcare to anyone who is able to afford it as you need to look after yourself.

Generally a very good practice and very helpful receptionists and staff. Reason for three star is that occasionally your left hanging the majority of the day when your waiting to be seen and have an appointment about something urgent.

Not sure I saw a lots of unsatisfactory reviews but I got my first appointment booked on the very first day when I called at sharp 8:30 in the morning so till now it’s good . Thank you

I call for my prescription to get some help. Of course I couldn't speak with any doctor and was expecting from receptionist to help me but was very rude and hang the phone. I will switch my Gp soon as possible, I have medical condition and GP it is essential for me.

Receptionist are rude, Booking an appointment via phone in is very difficult, they will direct you to do it online and even if you do they won't respond to you. They don't care about their clients, I'm switching to a different GP, if you're reading this i suggest you do too. thanks
