Not scheduling an appointment.After 30 minutes on the waiting list, I contacted them.I nearly waited an hour on the call. They say we have a lot of patients, so please give us another call tomorrow. Very sad..

Very disappointed with the surgrey and service on the phone and at reception today.
Rang twice within 2 hours, tried to do prescription on my app first of all nothing there! I was orginally 9th in the queue to be told to do some notes on the app as she said there was a problem on the system? I then tried this again nothing there. I called again 3rd in queue, waited in the queue to at NO 1 for 25 mins!!!! In the meantime, I drove directly to the surgrey still on the phone to be told they are very busy!! I didnt actually see anyone on the phone they must be hiding away. Disgraceful, I wrote out a prescription there. How horrendous and appalling is it? No wonder we are in such a mess no empathy or understand nothing positive to say but sad

recently joined this surgery and Dr Coulter was amazingly helpful and empathetic on my first appointment.
however, i saw Dr Dell today and she was horrendously rude. i requested a follow up test for something and she told me to wait until i could find out myself and that i could easily buy the test myself and asked what i was waiting for. she was short with me and not personable at all. i told reception what i was booking the appointment for but Dr Dell really had no idea why i came in and she made me feel unbelievably uncomfortable and upset upon leaving the office. i have yet to experience the other gp’s here but Dr Dell is one i’ll be asking to avoid in the future

Worst GP surgery - hrs to wait to take a call - when attended they said no need for an appointment or no appointment available even if we call at 8 am. On the last day, I waited for more than half an hr even though the automatic call system said I am in queue 1. Planning to change the practice. Again visted on 06-12-2024, dr was good but getting prescriptions called them several times but didn’t reach on pharmacy still waiting, bad surgery

23/08/24 Had to change my review now to 5 star. Doesn't get better when the pharmacy/GP sends the prescription through Comms on a survey to your pharmacy. Very efficient Ty🙏🏼

I have now changed this review from 1 to 4. My reasons being that there is no Doctorlink form to fill, you call the surgery and if they are busy then you are waiting in a queue with your number which is so much better than having to redial again and again. They give you a callback if the docs are busy.

I now have had 4 very positive experiences and the latest being - I am currently in Gloucester, Doc attended me via call and have sent a prescription for anti bacterial eardrops to local boots pharmacy. They have sent me the postcode by text where I can pick up my meds. TY. It feels they have discovered their mojo what made them better like before.

I never thought I would ever write this review after 15 years of association with LPS after having had some fantastic patient care. However, the surgery seems to have gone downhill in recent years due to the administrative team. 2nd time this year denied an appointment because they have not received doctorlink form for my child, I am talking to doctorlink who are equally rubbish. What a shame - such brilliant GP's being failed by the administrative team and doctorlink!

I appreciate that the NHS is under a lot of stress but it is almost impossible to get an appointment here. I have been caller number 1 in the queue for over 40mins to book an appointment.
When I have got an appointment, (and I really only have one around 1-2 a year maximum) they've always been late.
There's no parking nearby early in the morning so have come away with a parking ticket before (I had a knee issue and couldn't walk far, hence the reason for my appointment, I have no idea what disabled patients would do as an alternative).
The repeat booking system is ridiculous. The option to book online is apparently there but you can only book appointments a week in advance or further.

The worst ever GP practice,they used to be good about 5-6 years ago but now if you goo to the counter the Indian lady she is without heart and not helping people at all, should be sending for a proper breafing how to act with the people and also to learn from where she is receiving the money (our taxes)...to make also an appointment it is so bad and also talking mostly with unskilled people...I looking forward to move from here👎wish you luck in there everyone
