I need to address a severe issue with LANEHOUSE DENTAL SURGERY regarding my father's dental emergency. For the past few days, he has been experiencing extreme pain, along with swelling and headaches, which have significantly affected his ability to eat, drink, and work. Despite all our efforts, our attempts to get help from Lanehouse were continuously rejected, and we were advised to wait, leading to further suffering for my father. No emergency appointments were provided, and ultimately, we were dismissed by the practice, with the staff refusing to assist us or even allow us to speak.

This situation reached a distressing climax when we were rudely ordered to leave the practice by a dentist named Anita, who exhibited a high level of unprofessionalism. She went as far as opening the door to expel us from the practice, speaking in an incredibly rude and offensive manner. Having never encountered such appalling behavior from a healthcare professional, especially being one myself, I was profoundly shocked.

This encounter was not only humiliating but also traumatic for my four-year-old nephew, who witnessed the entire ordeal and is now in utter shock. The lack of care and professionalism displayed is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my father's health and our family's well-being. I hope no other family will undergo such neglectful treatment.

It is appalling to think that we cannot trust our health with professionals like ANITA, who fail to provide basic patient care or even the decency to speak to their patients respectfully. I find this absolutely disgusting and do not recommend this practice to anyone. It is, without a doubt, the worst dental experience we have ever had.

Excellent family dental practice! The dental team took such good care of me and relieved all of the anxiety I had prior to my treatment. I will definitely be coming back to see the fantastic dentists and hygienist for my regular check ups!

It's been more than 2 years since I applied for dental braces for my daughter. At every dental check-up at an interval of 6 months, I am told to wait. It is a waste of time. I pay taxes for nothing. I get absolutely nothing from NHS.

In answer to your post, I consider it unprofessional. You cannot express your opinion when my daughter has not been seen by an orthodontist. The initial appointment was made when she was 13 years old under the dentist's assistance, after which came the pandemic period. Since then she has been on the waiting list.

AVOID !!!!! Had check up a month ago told needed to come back for clean .
Told needed to pay for it before £50 appointment that was a month later which was fine .Just been back again told need another clean in 3 months ? Have to pay £55 upfront for it. Get to car to be phoned and told still owe £35 for this appointment ! That their £85
Was not told was more under impression paid for they dont give reciepts or card reciepts unless ask very cagey and misleading with pricing ! Told them wont be going back ! Absoluteley Disgusting service !!!

I have been a regular patient here for years, I see Maggie and Balinder regularly, always able to get an appointment, if I have any problems they are always try to squeeze me in or if not they will contact me if there has been any cancellations. Always a good atmosphere when I go in and always feel at ease.
