According to someone from LSCFT (Susan Phillips, CPET), there's someone working here who has psychosis and would have only been 'stable' for several months prior to gaining employment at the intervention service. Really, really unsafe hiring practice, almost certainly because this individual became 'friends' with someone she was working with and most importantly, a type of hire that seems pretty common place at LSCFT.

It'd be nice if staff also had some common sense to know what they should or shouldn't talk about.

This is a brilliant service and my care coordinator is empathetic, understanding and supportive. They won't fix your life for you but they will always be there to help in any way they can. Early intervention changed my life and helps me to get back on track when I fall of it.

I have had my nurse coming every two weeks to a month an i have never had issues at all with the intervention team

I think the problem is with other patients that write these bad reviews for this place just dont like to be told off by whom ever the nurse could be one thing you got to realise is they the professionals not us as patients

All i could say is i have been getting the right treatment that i need an i keep calling my nurse back because i need more help

Dont see the jibberish the rest of you gotta say about this place 1star?
