Had the lovely vicky do my tattoo removal today. This is my 5th treatment and it has fade really well there is just a tiny bit left. Lovely salon very professional with a very friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Monika always ensures to have a smile on her face when greeting. She acknowledges everyone who enters the salon and easily switches between two languages to respect everyone and promote inclusivity. She is very calm and asks questions to ensure providing the best service. I always leave motivated.

I visited Lanamiche for the first time this week to have gel nails before a holiday.
Anne was extremely welcoming, and helpful in suggesting which colour to choose and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease.
It was lovely chatting to her while I had my nails done and I will definitely be returning for other treatments.
