I have to say the service I received from my practice was exceptional. I needed to see a Dr, and was given an appointment immediately and seen 10 mins later when I arrive at the practice. We had an appointment with Julie, for my daughters infected toe. The reception staff were very polite and efficient, the appointment was on time and Julie was absolutely lovely! She was gentle in her approach and made my daughter very comfortable and at ease. Thank you to all the team!

The nurse that I saw on the 26/09/24 was very professional and considered with the care she administered to my wound and the way she communicated what she was doing. My only concern would be that I have seen five different nurses since my accident and I feel it would have been better to have been seen by one from start to finish so they could see the progress of the treatment. The previous nurse who dealt with my treatment also briefly popped into that appointment to check on my progress and was excellent.

Efficient service, called me back and seen by Wendy the nurse practitioner who prescribed medication , and dressed my finger. Wendy also issued my blood tests which she followed up with a phone call the next day. Very helpful and supportive.

Great experience seeing Wendy the nurse with my daughter Evie. She was really friendly and kind and put my mind at rest. Reception team were also lovely and helpful. It was useful have a text message reminder of when the appointment was as too as it slipped my mind as soon as I got off the phone.

My appointment was great. I had a good chat with the nurse and she was absolutely lovely. She is going to follow up next week. Made me feel at ease and was very helpful
