This GP does not deserve to be in operation in UK. Because of this kind of GP NHS losing its love, respect, emotion to the people. Almost None of them from Doctor to Receptionist are helpful at all with unprofessional manor. Those receptionist probably thought they are working in pentagon or White House. They have loads of power in their hands. Disgusting.
If there is option for negative star review I would go for that.
Shame on you guys. You don’t event deserve 1.5* out of 5 rating.
I know probably they will try to identify me to put me in more trouble. That’s how unprofessional this GP is.

why can you never get through to them? what’s the point in telling us to call at 8:30am when all you ever get is “beep beep beep” as the phone automatically hangs up on you. Surely not every single morning at dead on 8:30am until 9:15am the line is busy? whenever i go there it’s always quiet they can’t be that busy

I recently had displeasure of interacting with the NHS Laburnum Trust, and I am thoroughly unimpressed by their services. The staff at the trust are not compassionate, always ignoring vulnerable calls everyone with a bad character and are careless to help. The facilities are empty and yet no easy accessibility, creating a discomfort environment for visitors.
The administrative processes are inefficient, ensuring that appointments are not scheduled promptly and with millions of waiting times. They put the well-being of individuals and families in the area at a terrible risk. Their commitment to providing a negative experience for everyone who walks through their doors is so uncomfortable.
I recently interacted with the NHS Laburnum Trust and was thoroughly unimpressed by their services.

If there is any option for zero star i would give them this is worst ever gp in uk I’m trying to book an appointment but unfortunately after 50 calls of the day line is still busy am trying to get appointment from last 3 months i daily call them at 8:30 till 9 o clock still trying to call for half an hour but couldn’t connect any call and when i visited gp they are very rude i’m very very disappointed 😡😡😡

Awful.

My son had a simple allergy and slightly dry skin, but now his face and body are now covered in blisters, deep wounds, and infections. We are now forced to give strong antibiotics to my six-month-old baby.

They diagnosed eczema and kept prescribing strong creams and steroids, and after more than 7-8 visits, his condition only got worse. My son hasn’t had a proper night's sleep for over a month.

Very disappointing. I have been calling for 2 days from 8.30 am to 9am.still not get appointment. During this time frame surgery phone nbr is always busy. Luckily I got it and receptionist was not helpful. Bas communication and don't listen. Receptionist told me that there are no appointments today due to some electronic system issues and she told me it's global even you cannot get from 111. She was lying and in other way was trying to convincedme that I will not get any appointment from anywhere and I have to go to A& E. I am very unhappy with this surgery although they have good doctors but no appointments as this surgery is registered too many people. Whenever, if I have appointment,I go to surgery, they are registering new people. Receptionist was very stubborn and don't listen. I called more than 100 times in 2 days which is 8.30 to 9am (one hour) and still not get appointment. I need to see doctor not A&E. I work and pay all my taxes and NI and I need a good medical service. I am thinking to change my GP. Their CQC rating is bad.

Disgraceful service all round. Can't get an appointment with any of the doctors and I have been trying for months (before the COVID-19 Virus became a pandemic). Absolutely useless surgery. Reported them to Care Quality Commission. This place needs to be condemned and closed down. This surgery's GPs and non medical staff should not have jobs! 😡
