A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!

Today I have been to La Vie Health and Wellness and I have had the Heated Lava Shell Massage. From the beginning Verna was lovely and asked if i had allergies to ensure i had no reactions. Verna then explained the process she was going to do! It was amazing and I have felt so relaxed all day! if only this treatment was on prescription then we would all be a happier and stress free society.
I would recommend Verna to anyone that is currently struggling to find a moment of peace with themselves! I will be going back very soon.

Highly recommend!!
Verna gives the best massage because she is passionate about everything she does and is also very experienced. My husband and I have visited Verna (which is a 2 hour round trip) for many years and have always come away feeling chilled and relaxed. Verna is very welcoming and always shares great advice to help us improve our health and wellbeing

I’ve been receiving regular treatment at La Vie with Verna to relieve the tension in my back, neck and shoulders with deep tissue massage. Verna’s treatment is superb. She is very knowledgeable and highly skilled and able to quickly and effectively target the problem areas to release the stress and melt away muscle tension.
Verna is a very warm, welcoming and friendly person and you are always greeted with a big smile.
The treatment facilities are excellent - very professional, modern, comfortable and clean, in a very relaxing environment. You are guaranteed to drift away and come out feeling like a new person.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending LaVie and Verna. She is fantastic and it is rare to find such skilled professional treatment.

A couple of weeks ago I went to have the Heated lava shell massage..... Omg... Why have I never done this before, it was amazing, I suffer with a lot of back pain and sciatica and this has really got me moving again, I can't wait to go back and do it again...
