I am a client of L A Care and have been with them for many years. I find them very professional and they maintain extremely high standards of care. Every one of my care team receives a very high level of training, they are conscientious, highly adept individuals. I always receives the care that I required to an outstanding level. The company is incredible all round; I have absolutely no complaints with the care that I received and cannot recommend them enough for clients alike or, carers. I am aware that they are fantastic employers. I have had my same carers for many years and they are all very happy in their roles. Staff retention is fantastic meaning my service has consistency and continuity just like they say they do.

I cannot praise this company enough. They looked after my lovely Mum who was in her 90’s until the day she died. The level of care, sensitivity and genuine compassion has been outstanding. Their support extended not just to her but the family too. Nothing was every too much and they often went the extra mile. Literally in Mums case as they used to take her for a daily walk which she loved.
Leah shouldered all the responsibility from my shoulders in the last week of Mum’s life. Mum wanted to be at home but needed palliative care. This was all organised by Leah and happened so swiftly as was needed. The compassionate care continued and mum was treated to such dignity and utter professionalism. I cannot recommend this group enough. They are exceptional and have a real heart for all their clients.
