They helped me massively and were on the ball, they were kind, caring and helpful and listened to me in regards to my concerns in regards to my teeth and gums. The receptionist were polite and as well as the dentist. They helped me on a huge scale and I couldn’t appreciate the helped me more. I have anxiety and they kept me calm and respectful in that sense. I appreciate that sense and I couldn’t appreciate it more, thank you so much, thank you so much

Lovely service as always. Receptionists are helpful and polite, and my dentist Helen is very considerate, informative, very quick and chatty. I’m a little nervous but she makes the process very comfortable and puts me at ease.

Going to the dentists is not something anyone looks forward to, but Simon, my dentist at Kyrle Street always takes the greatest care to provide my treatment and always puts patients at ease. We discussed the best treatment plan for my ongoing care. The Reception staff are friendly and helpful too, which is really important as they are the first point of contact with patients.

Incredible service today 10/10. I had a painful jaw/tooth and phoned 111 this morning and they sent a referral across to Kyrle Street to see me. They phoned me quickly and offered me 3 appointment times that same morning (which I was surprised being a Saturday!). The lady on reception who I'm sure said she's a dental nurse was so kind and understanding on the phone. She gave me clear instructions of how to get there, parking, what happens when I arrive. I'm a really nervous patient so she made the whole thing far more appealing to me - very smiley and happy! The dentist and dental nurse I saw were also LOVELY and made me feel really calm, relaxed and offered great advice for my problem. Luckily I didn't need any further work doing but I'd 100% love to go back here if I needed any other dental work.

When I arrived for my appointment that I'd booked two weeks before they had no record of it on the system so there must have been a blip somewhere. Luckily Damien the hygienist managed to squeeze me and he did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the results and I'll definitely be back

Went for a ‘hygienist’ appointment. Never had one of those before. It was recommended by my dentist at the same practice. I’m 63. So I’ll just quote the cost. As I’m not experienced/qualified enough to evaluate the result. It was £85 for 20 mins. I did appreciate that the practitioner providing the service/advice was fairly brutal in his assessment of my historical teeth cleaning regime. Guy sounded like he was from Bolton area or nearby. Yeah. Visit was worthwhile.
