I have been a weekly regular with Katie now for several years!
She is an amazing sports therapist and her knowledge is second to none.

Was very nervous about having a sports massage to help with pain in my neck and shoulders, but Katie was amazing. I needn’t have worried at all. Her friendly professional manner, and explanations about what she would be doing made me feel completely at ease and relaxed.

And once she started massaging my shoulders and back I could feel the discomfort drain away. The pressure she applied was just right for my pain tolerance (which is very low). I honestly don’t know why I waited so long before making an appointment.
