Been to a few Muay Thai gyms and this one is by far the best. Aiden is a great coach and fighter himself and has time for everyone. Him and everyone at the gym are getting me ready for my first fight soon and I couldn’t ask for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a go to pop in and try , whether for fitness or self defence this is the place to be 👌💪. I also bring my son here, he’s 5 and he loves it !

Aiden is an absolutely amazing coach. Friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The gym is the best looking gym I’ve ever seen the black and blue aesthetic is stunning and the mats are extremely comfortable. Recommended for all skill levels from beginners to experienced fighter!

Super welcoming gym, first timer trying Muay Thai and I have enjoyed the learning taught by great instructors, focusing on the technique, fundamentals of striking. Aiden, Kam and Axe whom have trained me are respectful and take their time in ensuring the technique is executed correctly.
100% recommend, never to late to give it a go!!

I have trained at around 5 gyms, in different parts of the country, for different martial arts since I was young; never have I been to a gym that is more warm and welcoming than this gym. Not a single ego, and a young and extremely likeable coach who makes every lesson fun and interesting. Highly recommend for beginners, kids, or people with any -amount of experience 🙂
