My first session with Karen was everything I hoped for. She understood my muscle problems after knee operation and the massage definitely improved my walking. She was a very pleasant and professional sports therapist and I will continue to visit her.

Absolutely fantastic service.
After suffering with back pain and stiffness for 18 months I finally bit the bullet and decided to do something about it.
I was anxious about having a massage but Karen put my mind at rest from start to finish.

I'm a big fan of Karen's massage therapy skills and technique and have been a client for a number of years. Recently, after a lovely kayaking holiday, I developed a shoulder joint injury which painfully restricted movement of my right arm. Luckily I had an appointment with Karen within a couple weeks of the injury.
After explaining my problem, Karen spent half the session focusing on my shoulder. Needless, I was totally amazed with the results! I thought the massage would loosen my shoulder for a day or two, but instead the pain was gone and hasn't come back in the last two months. Magic fingers!! Thank you Karen!
