Excellent communication with managers and office staff. Can actually phone and speak to a member of staff that knows your case every time you call. Brilliant first call out visit by Nicole - coordinator. Really empathised with my parents. Created a personal package of care. Trialled for a fortnight to get my parents used to the some support and everything went absolutely perfect. Couldn't fault the staff, the time they took to understand dads needs, their timings were exactly as promised, communication between staff and each other was second to non. Every carer was happy to go the extra mile, even down to making the bed how mom made it, putting in place endless pillows, cushions and teddies. Cannot fault them in any way. Was recommended to them and can't recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend this place too anyone who is looking for a caring or supported living place knightbridge is a beautiful place too work and live and like a family and treat equally and with respect very love able place and I would give it a 10outof10 and what more can I say the staff and management are very helpful and very supportive I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for knightbridge and I thank them so much from the bottom of my heart and I love this place so much they are like a family too me a 100%😘🥰and all the staff and management are so lovely and highly helpful and supportive and go the extra mile for u

The best care service you can get I would give it 10/10 all the way it be year now seems I come to Knightsbridge care
