Dan came out initially when my boiler wasn't firing up. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and explained what was needed....I.e. a new boiler. He gave me multiple options with no hard sell for the most expensive one and came out and gave me a new system, flue and hive thermostat.
It was a delight having Dan and Josh in the house, beavering away and explaining everything To a dinosaur like me.
The heating system is now 100 times better and I would highly recommend Dan. He will definitely be back for my servicing. Made an unpleasant boiler malfunction a pleasant experience. Cannot recommend highly enough

Daniel completed the servicing of our gas fire today. The customer experience with him was excellent. He responded to our initial enquiry in a timely manner and his communication was totally clear on the price and service he would deliver. Daniel arrived at the agreed time and the gas fire service was carried out in a friendly and professional manner, during which he demonstrated excellent focus, knowledge and attention to detail. We would have no hesitation in recommending Daniel's business to others, and we will be asking him to service all of our gas appliances next year along with any other plumbing needs we may have.

We spent a couple of months looking for a company to replace our faulty heating boiler and boiler mate.
Messaged Daniel at Heatcare and when he came round I realised he had done some work for us a few years ago on our biller mate. The decision was made as I knew he would do a great job!
The job was not without its issues but none of it fazed Daniel. He was with us every day when he said he would be. Explained everything in detail for us and even ended up taking in parcels and running after the dog when she escaped!
If you are looking for a heating engineer don’t hesitate as he will advise you of the best way to proceed and leave you feeling very grateful you chose him.
Our heating is now fantastic best money we have spent in ages.

Dan removed our cylinder which was located in our upstairs airing cupboard and removed our very old boiler from the kitchen. The new boiler was then relocated from our kitchen and into said airing cupboard. New flue up through our loft and and out the roof. All radiators were filtered and sludge removed and he was also able to fit thermostats to a couple of them for us too. He even fixed our hall radiator which hadn't worked for shall we say 'a very long time'. This for me personally was a massive undertaking and to say I was anxious was an understatement. That said from quote to fitting, Dan explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions and was so confident and reassuring I knew he'd do a good job. He was brilliant. Very thorough, tidy and clearly loves what he does. Always on time and doesn't leave at any set time, the jobs for the day are what dictated his hours. For us it was a 4 day job and I must say 3 weeks later our heating system is brilliant. The rad in the hallway is 'Scorchio' now, as are all the rads. I am so happy and the week after we really missed him not being here. He's a joy to have around and quite simply for us, a job well done. We are so happy. We now know we have a reputable plumber for life. Cheers Dan and see you next year for our annual service! 😀

Daniel fitted a gas hob for us [replacing an electric hob]. Also wired in and set up Hive heating and replaced our awkwardly located, leaking stop tap!

Very tidy work, very reasonably priced and upfront/honest about costs.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again throughout the restoration of our house! 🙂

Daniel replaced my old boiler for a brand new energy efficient one that included a 10 year warranty, along with new controls & flue for an extremely competitive price. I have now decided to cancel my monthly maintenance contract and will see Daniel once a year for the annual boiler service visit.
