Insane receptionist / patient pathways manager who won’t book any appointment - he basically replied to an email about my enquiry to book my friend in to a private ward rudely telling me they won’t accept the patient! I mean, we are paying! His job is to tell us to book an appointment with a clinician and clinician to decide whether to admit the patient or not! You would never get this kind of rubbish service at Cromwell! Not sure the patient pathways manager is aware he is working in a PRIVATE healthcare setting and customers are paying for his job!

KPH and the Team are magical. I have been here twice, and they are an extension of a loving family here. Such kindness, incredible attitude, friendly service, and nothing is ever too much to ask of. I was in Bed 13, and stayed 7 Days, with Round the clock care. Nothing was ever too much to ask for and thank you for the fantastic care, funny and friendly chats, and knowing when I needed some help, or the many questions that I had. I wish everyone the best, and you all are true hero’s and it was lovely reconnecting with old faces as well as meeting new ones!

Staff are amazing so friendly all of them down to the pre op nurse, surgeons and nurses. They couldn’t do enough. Two faults I found the rooms dated and the food as awful I had four meals there and only breakfast was ok as that was cereal. However the staff make the ward.

Nurses don’t know how to do anything! Poor care and hygiene.I had to ask the nurse to change their gloves.Disgusting.
They charge a lot more for private services for very little and poor care.
Stay in the nhs folks!
