Went in to the Day Surgery unit for a procedure. The team were great. Nurses were friendly, kept me fully informed and ensured that I had everything I needed. The doctors were happy to discuss the procedure and answer my questions. They all made this a stress free day.

I was taken to Kingston Hospital by Ambulance on Thursday 7/11/24. So starting with the ambulance service my treatment has been nothing but great. The nursing staff and doctors made my stay in hospital very comfortable. My treatment was explained to me so I was not left wondering why this or that was happening. During my stay I encountered a couple of ‘difficult patients’. Your staff not only took this in stride, they were able to turn what could have been a difficult situation into a manageable one. Their attitude never changed, always pleasant, kind and professional.
The food served to patients at Kingston Hospital is delicious. Well presented and served on time with smile.

Great care at sunshine ward and a and e nurses, doctors and hca's were brilliant. I can't thank them enough this hospital is outstanding although I had to wait 23 hours on a trolley in a and e. Thanks again

This hospital practices need to be checked for the quality of care people are receiving. They report to be perpetually busy. The quality of the service is deteriorating rapidly. Surgeons and doctors don't care and the other staff is quick to shrug off their responsibility whenever they can. The state of affairs is unbelievable, I had to go hospital due to unavoidable circumstances.
Given how my case was handled, Even the thought going there makes me miserable. I hope that no one ever need to attend that place. Don't go unless you absolutely have to..
