My daughter and I used the services of this pharmacy's travel clinic for our impending trip to India. From the initial telephone enquiry, to the follow up call, to the 2 vaccinations to the after care the service we received was second to none. The pharmacist Bhavan was very patient, sensitive and professional throughout. He carefully discussed our needs and advised accordingly. The pharmacy team were welcoming and Bhavan made us very relaxed at the vaccination visits; all helping to reduce our anxiety. Would have no hesitation in using these services again and recommending them to family, friends and business contacts.

I’ve used the Travel Vaccination Service here and I was totally satisfied with the service I received. From first making enquiries I was given all the information regarding which vaccines I would need, when and the process of getting them. Booking was easy and flexible and with reasonable notice, a wide choice of times and dates. On the day I didn’t have to wait long to be called in where everything was explained and after completing the relevant forms and a BP check, I received the 3 vaccines I required. Bhavan has excellent clinical skills and is very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I soon received via email, my record of the vaccinations I’d received.
All in all I, from my experience, cannot fault the Travel Vaccination Service at Kings Pharmacy and would recommend them.
They also provide the pharmacy requirements of my elderly father in the form of blister packs which are delivered and that too is undertaken without any issues.

I called in the Cotteridge branch to have a wax blockage in my right ear removed. Professional service at a fair price. Unlike my previous service provider, he not only removed the wax in my right ear, he rinsed it afterwards, removing all traces of wax. He then examined my left ear and informed me of a wax buildup there too which he also cleared. Note. When I phoned to make the appointment, I already said that I wanted my right ear treated and my left ear checked and, if necessary, also treated.
I added this to show no upselling was involved. I will not hesitate to go there again when my problem inevitably repeats. Hopefully not so quickly this time.
