I ordered my emergency injection kit on the 27th Nov by email to the prescriptions team. I added photos of the kit and the hypodermic needles and syringes, i would need. Fast track to 2nd December, I receive 5 x packets of hydrocortisone tablets. Speaking with the chemist, this is what the practice had ordered. I contacted the surgery and they confirmed they had received my email with photos and couldn't understand why I had been sent hydrocortisone tablets. I picked up a new prescription early the next day, Wednesday 4th Dec, now a week after my original prescription. Only the powder had been ordered, not the rest of the kit and not the needles and syringes. I went back to the practice and they organised an urgent prescription. I'm still waiting.........I contacted the surgery again to be told its with the pharmacist and told them it was urgent. I'm now away with no kit and a life threatening medical condition. Fingers crossed I don't need help. Absolute waste of space. Shocking service. I would not recommend this practice.
Update, 27th Dec, 1 month after placing the first prescription and I'm still waiting! Absolutely shocking service. Shame on you Kings Medical Centre.

Disgusted that I've been refused an appointment because I won't tell reception what my appointment is for! I told her it is a personal & private matter I am not willing to discuss with a receptionist as its sensitive & embarrassing as it is so im not telling her so what happened to Patient doctor confidentiality!
I promise that if this issue turns out to be as serious as I think I won't hesitate to sue the asd off the surgery for patient neglect!

They moved my appointment without telling me! I arrived and the self check in kicked out the wrong clinician and wrong time. I queued for a substantial amount of time to be told my appointment had been moved despite receiving a text the morning of. Not acceptable at all. I'd come out of work for this appointment

Shocking doctors, i finished my pill a while back and i have been trying to get hold of it and yet they are telling me I'm not able to collect another load of my birth control because i had apparently collected some in December (2024) which i did not other wise i wouldn’t be asking for more. Its a joke of a doctors and needs shutting down with its useless customer service and just the service in general

Horrible treatment. My doctor told me that all my symptoms don't add up and that I don't need a diagnosis. I was being polite and she started screaming that I'm making stuff up. A couple days I passed out, went to hospital and it turns out that I'm a diabetic type two.

Refused my 86 year old grandad x3 appointments over the last week.

Poor bloke been in agony with pain in neck and arm.

He was passed from pillar to post between Kings and Physio team, leading to a 4 hour wait at A and E after a week of pain.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

Would give zero stars if I could.

I moved all my family to different surgery. This place is incompetent, no contact with prescription teams. My husband is requesting since 2 weeks painkillers which has been prescribed by hospital before.
If you go to receptionist, she says that she can't do with this anything. When I tried to make an appointment there are no more appointments left.
Completely chaos. Avoid this place.
