Can't ever get an appointment. You get told to ring when appointment line opens....yeah that's brilliant if you havent got children to get into school!
So then you get told to go up to a&e. Brilliant! Would do that but I'll be up there hours and I have a 3 year old to pick up from nursery.

Ive also been asked to make a follow up appointment for cellulitis but can't get in.....what's the point!

Will be changing surgeries this place is getting more and more useless with appointments unless you don't work and are able to ring when they say you have to you've got no chance of getting seen

25/04/2025 at 4:20PM I have an appointment with Dr. Malic. Her attitude is absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable.

She asks one question and doesn't want to listen anything, because she is asking another. I can't ask anything because she is always rush. She doesn't give any time to think and give any answer she just want to football me away ASAP from the cabinet. She asks a question quotation: "Do you understand that you are in England now!! Answer to me! Forget about your original country, you are not in Ukraine now!!!" She knocking at her table and putting her finger to my face - like I am rubbish!

As for me as Ukrainian who was on war (as a ex-soldier, retired after injury) and see the war inside and even for any other people it's absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I am coming to get help just for my son 10y.o with post-traumatic after war sindrom and neurological issues.

Please use any disciplinary sanction to Dr. Malic, because it is absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable behaviour from the doctor to patients!!!

Went to doctors on Fri. Because I had another chest infection Dr fatima galling saw me told me to take my rescue pack felt very poorly over weekend with them as they not the usual antibiotics I have been having I think they was changed because I had pneumonia in Oct they are stronger ive rang surgery this morning explained how I felt with the tablets only to wait4 hour for Dr to reply to say don't take no more when ive only took 7 out of 21 tablets sure you supposed to take a whole course? Doc said if no better in a few days ring back now waiting on another call as I've told reception I know my own body I need antibiotics I don't feel any better it is just going to get worse I'm waiting on reception ringing me back now I must stress reception have been lovely trying to get an appointment it terrible I have been trying to get appointments for other things just can't get in I feeling very frustrated and upset at the moment have to say the reception staff have been absolutely amazing with me today and done everything to get my medication sorted for me

The main downside is that the online triage is no longer going to be active after the first of March so it's gonna be back to them 8.30 am phone calls each morning until you get something
Been in and out of appointments since November for an issue and only recently have they referred me to a hospital with many negative tests results come in from both urine and bloods. Thank you Dr chakroboty for referring me after the past few months of constant toilet visits. I have seen seen atleast five different doctors and all did the same test and none had referred me up until now. The bad thing is, still haven't gotten the referral letter after a few weeks and my most recent test results had come back "borderline" and the receptionist told us that's all she could say about it and we'd have to come in for another sample. That's my sixth visit in such a short space of time. Communication between doctors could most certainly be improved and I have a sneaky suspicion that I'm going to have to wait until my new tests come back just to be referred over a month later after being I told I would be, which is so frustrating! Also some HCA seem to be inexperienced as when I got my bloods and ecg done in June for a separate issue, she couldn't get the machine to work, had to rebook an appointment to get an ecg done, appalling. Health isn't a game of rebooking and visiting, the doctors should atleast book follow ups with you before you leave.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Fatima Gillani at Kings Medical Centre. During my appointment, I sought advice on white spots on my gums. In less than 5 minutes, Dr. Gillani made three different diagnoses—first, she said they were fungal, then claimed she couldn’t see them at all, and finally dismissed them as normal. I was left completely confused. When I attempted to discuss another health concern, she rushed me, stating that she had other patients, and her tone was rude and patronizing. When I mentioned I pay taxes and expect care for my health at least once a year, she informed me that she pays more taxes than I do due to her income of £100,000 annually, which was both unnecessary and highly inappropriate and she even stated she would add to my record that I was "rude" to her. . I felt disrespected and dismissed, and I had to seek private healthcare to get proper attention for my concerns.

Awful practice. I left the practice that i had been with for many years to come here as its closer to home. What a huge mistake that was! Very unprofessional and condersending. Unwilling to listen and patronuzing. I have been with them for under 1 year and will be looking to change to a new practice asap, due to the practice manager discussing my situation infront of the whole waiting room.
A disgusting attitude and should not be in that position.
If i could give them zero stars, i would.

Overall good, however some of the reception team, not the nurses or doctors, speak to you like you don't know what your on about, the manners are shocking and very rude!!
However once you fill in the online request, the nurse that phones you back is amazing, polite and understanding (I think they need to take some tips) and the doctors there are brilliant also. Shame about sime of the reception team.
