I have never been treated better at the doctor's! The front desk have been enormously helpful, the nurses and doctors are caring and have listened to everything I have to say. I would like to give a special shoutout to Shanni Hca. as she made the experience of getting blood drawn easy and even fun. Hope to see her again!

For any current or future patients, I would recommend double and triple checking before attending appointments. I have always had mixed experiences at the practise and I would suggest to management to revise training and attempt to create a standard experience for patients rather than mixed ones as reflected in other reviews.

Long waits and careless mistakes from reception meant I was seen by the wrong Dr for my inquiry after waiting 45 minutes wasting both my time and more importantly, wasting an in person appointment with a GP... Empathy and organisation only appear in pockets in this practise, even asking for email confirmation for referrals and appointments is made to be a chore which I would say is standard practise especially after a mistake has already been made on their side.

That being said, Dr Mountain and all the nurses I have seen have always been wonderful so credit where credit due !

Everyone here is FANTASTIC! You can get a same day appoint and call back if you really need one and the team are great. My thanks really go out to Dr Mona Vaidya. She’s so reassuring, super kind and really helpful, she honestly made my day.Having had numerous appointments and consultations, Mona is a real gem to the medical world!! 🫶🏻

Ieshiya was such an amazing phlebotomist like genuinely she is so funny so quick with it. Before I knew it the bloods were done. She’s genuinely so good at her job and hilarious I felt at ease. Seriously I came out the appointment and I didn’t wanna leave. Very professional too 🙂

I had the best expereience at this practice! Doctors and nurses are always very well prepared and patient with the patients. I always felt that the staff listened to my concerns and they have always promptly provided treatment and help.

I’m a first-year international student, and I registered for NHS services at King’s on October 24. I called the Health Centre recently and gave them my reference number to check on my registration status, but the staff told me to just wait without giving me a clear idea of how long it might take.
I also tried emailing, but I ran into a problem since I don’t yet have access to SystmOnline.
It’s been about two weeks since my last call, and I still haven’t received any update.
I am wondering if writing a review here, someone from King's Health Centre may help me.

Sent in an appointment request on Patches which got responded to promptly. However gave a wrong diagnosis twice and the nurse was adamant even though I mentioned that the symptoms do not all line up. Went to Soho Walk-in GP to get my tonsillitis immediately diagnosed as bacterial and received my antibiotic prescription 5 days after I sent in the Patches request. I don’t know when King’s stopped physical appointments because last year I had the same issue and was called in the same day for an in-person diagnosis.
