For the past week I’ve been trying to get a phone call appointment to speak about some severe symptoms I’m experiencing even after the contraceptives I was given had worn off and what they would recommend instead. However, I’ve received no phone calls for the past two days and was told it was my fault due to it saying my line was busy, I rechecked my phone log and their number had come up as a “No Caller ID.” Was told they would ring another number today and we had received nothing at all. I can’t book online as it won’t let me confirm my number due to it having the number “2” in it, that’s right, TWO. Saying it was an incorrect character. I have gone to my GP before contacting these lot and was told next to nothing about my situation. I was hoping ICash would give me more answers, but u have left me stranded.

Fantastic service! Removed my implant. Helpful from the phone call to explain to the actual removal. Brilliant Dr very kind and professional. Removed my implant no pain even with my complications. Super staff here super service.

Very quick to be seen. Turned up late but did phone ahead. Gave me a good amount of med I needed and also check my injection were up to date.
Everyone was friendly.

I have waited a month already to have a coil removed and another fitted. I have been told I may have to wait another 2-3 months. It expires this month and I worry about infection.
The people who gate keep when you initially ring are lovely but can’t help you, they can’t give advice. They say you can speak to a nurse it you can’t get an exact time which makes it difficult to fit around work.
I’m guessing the whole thing is poorly funded, it doesn’t seem to be well thought out or customer focused.

Always fantastic, delightful, helpful, effective and knowledgeable. Since moving to Bedford a year ago I've been here 5 or 6 times for various reasons/checkups. They're a lovely bunch. Yeah, it's a hassle getting an appointment, but Britain's broken and you can't really blame that on iCash! Let's just chuck out the Tories x

I walked in to make an appointment but was told to call back as there was no time this week and so on. So I called back same day and booked consultation in a few days. I didn't have any urgency so that was fine for me, but still confusing and I guess frustrating for people who needs to see someone asap.

Except of this I am happy with the service, staff is amazingly friendly (had a consultation with Deb and Julia) and helpful.
Worried to go there taking into account bad feedbacks, but seems like the problem is just in booking and registration process. Would be easier to make online appointments or at least to see what days you can see the person you need to talk to.

Can only use this clinic if you unemployed. Not possible to book an appointment or see anyone if you actually have any life commitments. Just another NHS let down

Every time you ring told can’t book appointment as don’t book appointments unless for that day! So you ring on the day and guess what no appointments! So you go down there and explain you deeply uncomfortable and need help only to be told no appointments and someone will ring you later today to potentially book you an appointment!!!! Great care from the nhs! Don’t worry I will continue to suffer
