I have been waiting for more than 2 months for a referral to a specialist and each time, reception said different story: my referral is not done, it's lost, has been found again but don't have a clue why it's not done yet, the GP forgot to book time to make the referral etc. Since September, I have been there three times and they still don't have a clue what's wrong with my referral. Very unprofessional! Very dissapointed! You deserve less than 1 star.

The reception team is very helpful and nice, and the gp's that I spoke to so far were very professional and made an impression that they actually cared which made a big difference compared to some of my previous experiences. The nurse that I've just seen for a blood test was also amazing, she has really good skills, I barely even felt the needle go in! Overall pretty amazing team, very happy with my experience so far.

Waited 1h20 minutes in a queue to talk to someone and they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I mean, at least talk to me, people calling are sick (usually)

The service I get from the surgery is normally very good. I always manage to speak to reception and normally get an appointment to see a doctor the same day. The call back service is a great addition to the surgery. The only reason why I haven't given 5 stars is because of the recent changes to the online service/ prescription ordering system. I design software as a profession and even I found it confusing to navigate the 3 systems that they have for various online services. There is definitely room for improvement there to streamline things and make it more accessible for patients to navigate their online services.

My wife and I have just visited the surgery for an appointment today. Whilst waiting in the waiting room, we noticed an exceptionally enthusiastic, polite and friendly receptionist who spent nearly15 minutes on the phone, trying to help the caller, on what seemed to be a very difficult conversation. We have been registered with this practice since 2015, and we appreciate it is a very busy clinic, and we thought writing a few little words is the least we can do for appreciation. Philippa Dawson, was the receptionist for today. I hope you have a more relaxing remainder of your day.

Exceptional care. Over and beyond what has been expected. Certainly glad l moved practice. The Kingfisher Surgery staff are supportive and the treatment l have received has given a sense of security and the knowledge imparted and care by the nursing staff and physiotherapy department is amazing. Referrals have been quickly arranged, all so important when you are ill. Impressed. No waiting 45 minutes for your call to be answered here, they have a ring back service. As l already said, exceptional service and care.

The reception team is really rude and not helpful. I been in this country for 20 years and never been treated so bad in my life. The lady that came to speak to me and my partner, Lian or not sure I remember her name properly, was so aggressive and rude that she was as not letting me explain to her the problem.The tone she was speaking to us was superior and when I started to feel uncomfortable the way she was speaking to us and I said is not fair what they are doing with us and she invited us out on the corridor like criminals. In this moment felt really humiliated and accused her of being racist or not sure what was her problem. She left us speaking alone and when I returned to reception area to speak to somebody she started to shout to go out of the clinic in which moment I was again humiliated and harassed by her attitude and wanted to call the police.
We paid for a medical assessment £136 to be done with the GP and the GP didn’t do it properly, he missed a question and because of this my partner is now liable to loose his job because of this incompetence. Don’t understand why are we being treated so bad because we only asked for our problems to be rectified as is not our fault. We provide them back with the documents 3 days ago and they didn’t do nothing about this and when we came to see what happened they treated us with this humiliation and aggressiveness which left us with a bad taste. We will no longer wish to be in this clinic and will move as this is not the first time the stuff was rude to us. Also treated my parents really bad last time they visited the clinic. Probably again because we are foreigners.
I hope you should be ashamed of your disgusting attitude….
