I can highly recommend this very efficiently run Medical Centre.They are offering great services there. Dr Mashru is very professional and kind. The ladies at reception are amazing. Especially a lady called Jodie who is very empathic, helpful, kind, patient and bends over backwards to accommodate and is always even tempered. All the doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last many years have been wonderful and lovely and efficient. They don’t mess about and will refer one further if they think it is necessary. I especially am impressed with an amazing doctor , Dr Woodhouse , who has impeccable bedside manners, is very professional, can’t do enough to help, is a great listener and is very good diagnosing things. She is polite, charming and has a great sense of humour also and she is so understanding in every way and puts me at ease every time. Dr. Mashru is very good at selecting excellent people . Last but not least there is also a lovely and wonderful chemist on the premises. She has been so kind and helpful also(I think it is Mrs Mashru ).

I have not been happy with this surgey ever since joining. Dr Mashru has no empathy. He comes acorss as dissinterested and condecending. I have made this conclusion from having many interactions with him. When speaking to him you feel as if you are a nusciance, he read my blood test results to me as if he was half asleep. He misdiagnosed me once, i used google to help figure out what i had and solved the issue myself. Avoid this surgey!

think it is utterly disappointing to receive a call from the surgery advising I am not eligible for a monitoring device that I have requested to be on prescription. No explanation other than I do not meet the criteria as I am on tablets and not on injections. No questions asked as to why I have requested this device, which has changed my life. It is helping me to make better choices, to increase exercise my weight is much improved and so has my mental health and confidence. My blood sugars are well within normal and I don't have to continue to bleed my fingers which can cause nerve damage. The device is having a positive impact on my family as well and we are all on the health journey together. Do I need to wait to be on injections to be supported to get a device that has changed my life for the better and is helping to improve my overall health?

My children and I have been patients of Dr Mashru for over 20 years, and I must say that he has been responsive, informative and very supportive. He has been instrumental with supporting my youngest who has multiple needs, when other agencies have let hi. down.
