The service is poor. You can never see your own GP, they bounce you between registrars who do not know your history or even bother to read your notes ahead of the session - that's if you can get an appointment.
It used to be a good surgery, with real GP's who cared for their patients. No evidence of that anymore I am afraid

I phoned at exactly 8am this morning and used the call back option - it is now 10:40 and still no call back. Not worth calling them back now as there will be no apts left until tomorrow but I'm back at work then so my health problem will have to wait another week until I can take another day off.

I used to be grateful for being with KERS compared to other local surgeries they were always awesome and I know that if you do get in front of one of the regular GPs they are awesome but now it is impossible to see one - they seem to have a policy of diverting everyone to anyone other than the actual GP.

It seems that all surgeries don't understand that people work! We cant just sit around for 4-6 hours waiting for a phone call back and when you're actually at work you cant take a phone call to discuss a health problem!! So you have to take time of work just to make the appointment and then potentially another chunk of time off work when you get given a "window" for a scheduled phone call.

My experience for urgent same day appointments has been good but sometimes you just want to schedule a non-urgent appointment where you can clear your diary and attend the surgery without all the other anxiety-inducing hoops to jump through.

The surgery is excellent and always friendly and helpful, the doctors are all understanding and try to resolve any issues or problems patients have.
The people who moan cause they can't get an appointment or can't get through on the phone need to be a bit more polite they speak with the staff and instead of being rude and argumentative should understand its the councillors they should be taking it out on because when they allow all these other houses and estates they also need to look at the infilstructure of schools doctors surgeries and hospitals!!!

I am happy to be registered with this surgery. Today I spoke to a GP on the phone and then saw him face to face. He was kind, thorough, patient and reassuring. I left the surgery having had my questions answered and my mind put at rest.

absolutely outrageously bad doctors, I rarely bother calling as I know it will be pointless. However experiencing very worrying symptoms of an illness had to brave it. Queued all the way from 20 got to 1 then told via recorded message lines are busy and got hung up on, however called again straight after and can queue from 20?!?!? But how if I can’t queue from 1!?!?!?! Makes no sense is absolutely ridiculous. NHS is a joke.

Awful, when I got through at 8,30 all doctor appointments had gone !!!! Receptionist was not helpful at all. This happens far to often at this surgery, sometimes takes over an hour to get through, it’s not good enough , no appointments available online at all even for the next month or so

Very quick visit for a blood test.
No queues and nobody waiting to be seen in front of me.. I had test Tuesday afternoon and the doctors phoned me at.home on Thursday morning withe three results ( less than 44 hours later )
Giving me instructions on what to do, what to read, what to re check and when to recheck the tests.
