This is a great surgery with such wonderful doctors nurses and reception staff. All staff are empathetic and I always feel listened to and that my concerns are taken seriously. The waiting area is also really nice and I like the fact there is art work from the community and no annoying TV! Also, the doctor comes to collect which is so welcoming and appreciated.Thank you to everyone there.

Amazing service from Abdul at reception when I needed help and advice. He’s efficient, friendly and shows great empathy. He is a great asset to this surgery. His customer service skills ( we are customers as well as patients ) are outstanding.
In addition Kathryn the first point of contact physiotherapist was wonderful in treating/ advising me. She was caring and attentive. Overall first class medical attention when I needed it.
I couldn’t be happier with the care I have received at Killick Street today.

Killick Street Practice is the best General Practice (GP) I have ever experienced. It is very warm and welcoming. They are always willing to help and where they can, they will go above and beyond. Particularly a doctor named Dr Yellon. There is not enough words that can describe a person like him. His commitment and dedication is immaculate and one cannot express how much he truly is an inspiration. He is more than just a doctor, he is family and when needed a friend. I can’t express enough how great he completes his role and when in need he is always there for you. Thank you for being all in one. I couldn’t have asked for a better Dr in the world.

I am absolutely unhappy with the service at Killick street health center. You book me into other local places which defeats the purpose of having a local dr that you build a relationship with.

I have a open wound that needs dressing every 3 to 5 days and i suffer with anxiety so need my own dr or nurse to do it. But you don't care about that. Your service has become inconsiderate and impersonal. Today you were unhelpful when we discussed this and you encouraged me to move GPS.

I have now written my complaint to the ICS and will go higher if necessary.

Honestly after many years of being with killick street I'm now considering changing to another local Dr's. This new online booking system is a nightmare and takes ages to fill in, then I get appointments at other practises. Why can't I see my own local dr or nurse anymore? Why are you sending me to other practices?

The labour government say they will make seeing your local GP easier, let's hope this starts soon.

Best GP surgery- actually I'll say best GP Dr Yellon has been out family GP for over 20 years and he is absolutely amazing, deserves an award the way he always goes above and beyond for his patients.
Reception team are lovely, the only thing I don't like is the transition to econsult makes things a little less personalized but not a reflection on the surgery overall

Killick clinic has much improved after the pandemic and has set up an efficient way of dealing with its patients. Online appointments for minor ailments work very well: I got a prescription for ear spray half an hour after sending in my symptoms of a painless otitis two weeks ago. Was contacted by Neil, the Killick clinic pharmacist, to discuss changing dosage of two medication today: he was both very pleasant and very professional . Well done Killick street clinic!

My GP called me by appointment three days ago and very quickly said that I should come in to see him today, which I did and had a wonderful revival of the old fashioned GP consultation and immediate referral to the nurse who did tests including blood. I have been with the practice many years and am very happy with it. Long may it last!
