So here is an honest review.

An amazing nurse team over and above they make sure you understand your care plan.

They also refer you onto the correct clinician.

They explain everything and are both gentle and caring thanks to Gemma and Monica.

Please do not l9se this team I was saddened when DR Nalabander left.

Please teach your receptionist people skills sometimes they are harsh it is peoples lives they are dealing with be gentle softly spoken.

Please get some permanent DRs and oh yes a vending machine for a warm drink downstairs.
Nice new buidling.

Great new, modernised building.
The staff are always helpful and welcoming.

A special mention to Monica, I’ve struggled for years when it comes to having my blood taken, but she is an absolute professional. Quick, calm, and gentle — I didn’t even feel the needle!

Also, a big thank you to Martin (Physio), who has been tremendous throughout my sessions.

Keep up the great work, everyone!

Used John Doe. Staff usually work their asses off but I was left waiting 3 hours for a mental health referral organised telephone appointment one Tuesday that simply didn’t happen. Not great for anxiety but I understand they are stretched.

"I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and reliable, and the receptionist was well-managed. Appointments were handled efficiently, and overall, I’d give it four and a half stars. The only suggestion would be to have more doctors on the premises."

I has no issues with my treatment at the moment. It was a good experience, especially when dealing with Godfrey, he's a pleasant employee to talk to. The other staff I dealt with who did my bloods was a little off putting but bearable...
