I have to say I have never received anything less that politeness, kindness and helpfulness from all the staff. Dr. Karallakel has shown great patience and kindness to my elderly parents and I can't thank him enough for his ministrations.

Well want to swap doctors I have severe mental health and they have not checked on me once since I have been here even though not been in touch for months because it's impossible to get an appointment. They say ring in the morning it constantly cuts you off and engaged total joke.

My mother not seen a Dr or nurse suffers copd having treatment for lung cancer supposed to according to her oncologist see a nurse about changing puffers ect the nurse rang her for a breathing test down the phone may I add and then ended up putting the phone down on my mother what sort of nurse is that she was supposed to have been sent antibiotics last week still not arrived its about time the doctors did what they are paid for not hiding behind a telephone and sending their patients to an already over worked hospital for them to be seen by other braver staff
