Really pleased that I was placed here to have my bloods taken. Have had bad experiences elsewhere which has brought much anxiety about needles. Katrina was lovely, very calming and found the vein straight away.. very pleased with service. Many thanks

Absolutely shocking...I've been calling for 2 days at various times with no answer. The last blood test I had the nurse had to go check what was required because she wasn't sure! They were only standard screenings for a medication being taken

I was welcomed by very helpful receptionist, once seated within not even a minute I was called through, the lady who took my blood was from texas originally she was bubbly andmade me feel completely., her colleague was also a very happy bubbly lady.

The keystone centre staff are always polite and helpful. The site is clean. Parking is free but can get busy

Calling weekly, usually prompt, always helpful & caring, can get very busy for phlebotomy, and latecomers will often find the list closed for the day, can be quicker to attend one of the outlying sites by car if possible. Parking can be very difficult at times, only a small carpark, if fit, can be easier to park close by, and walk a short distance, possible to park on Gun Lane, near Salvation army site, but double yellow lines, so need a 'blue badge', only about 2 or 3 disabled parking bays, very 'tight' otherwise. Specialist clinics mostly on time.

After arrived at the centre for my blood test was called in a minute. Nurse took my blood without me having any pain or discomfort which is great as I really dislike needles.
