My Dad has been receiving support from the company for quite a while now. Initially it was just 2 calls a day but after a long stay in hospital Dad now has 4 calls a day. Dad was Initially reluctant to have male carers but that was before he was supported by Adam Hartree and Ellis Winsper. These guys go above and beyond every time they visit Dad. They also make sure Mum is OK too. They've ensured any issues with other carers have been reported and also check if Dad is unwell. They dont rush Dad and treat him with respect but also have some banter with him when hes well enough.
I know Mum feels very supported by them. On days when Dad has full care from Adam and Ellis Mum feels able to get out as she trusts them completely, so they're facilitating carer respite too.
