Had to get transferred here from Northampton due to my twin pregnancy having some complications and Northampton not having space to deliver my babies.
Was skeptical at first but honestly wish I'd spent my whole pregnancy experience here rather than Northampton even though I live next to Northampton hospital
Staff are so friendly, attentive and informative always keeping you in the loop (unlike Northampton who faff around so much and take 2+ hours to answer any questions)
They're also super friendly and you can tell generally like their job rather than just doing what they have to.
Cannot fault this place at all and the whole maternity and midwifery sections are amazing especially Sam and the other midwife who's name I unfortunately didnt get in the chaos ?

I cannot fault the treatment I received from August until now. Every member of staff from the porters, cleaners, receptionists, HCA’s, nurses, doctors and my consultant Mr A Kelkar were absolutely amazing. All were caring, efficient, friendly , respectful of my needs and worries and dedicated to their work. They’re a credit to a broken NHS system!
I really cannot thank them enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to be treated there again. Special shout out to the A&E staff, The pre-op ward in the treatment centre, The theatre staff in the main hospital and The Geddington ward.

I’ve been on Willow Ward for two days with my wife. All I can say is that Georgie ( midwife) , Jess ( midwife student) and the whole team made our stay very pleasant and less scarry. They’ve been really professional, kind and caring. Thank you for taking care of my wife and everything you do. You guys did an amazing job

I was referred to A&E by my GP and was apprehensive having heard tales of long waits. What I encountered was an efficient friendly service that sorted me out and sent me on my way in three hours despite being very busy, Follow up today at aSpecialist department and again cannot fault the treatment and experience.

Car Parks -- a complete joke, always full, waiting 45 mins for a space, crazy. Then a 20 min wait to see a nurse which then refers you to another nurse, then another 50 mins to see a doctor who refuses to do any xrays, any blood tests, anything, and after rushing like crazy and checking his watch 3 times in 2 minutes refers you to someone else. In the mean time many people just walzing in and getting seen before every1 else, (I noticed at least 2 with a NHS card around their necks), I guess we are not all equal after all...But the worst part is the pharmacy... 2 hrs waiting for the medicines while all the ladies chat about their own things without a care in the world for a whole room of people waiting in pain, no empathy at all. Terrible

Ambulance drivers were lovely there asked how to get home said hospital will provide with a taxi service my friend was seen quick. Reason for 2 stars this blonde hair reception woman was mouthy to us and laughed had to end up walking home. If it was to women I reckon she'll be alright with them but two vulnerable males no. I would like compression for this.

I have never in my life seen such an unorganized hospital, It's like they got all the doctors and nurses of the world who failed medical exams and shoved them into this hospital.

Patients get told the absolute bare minimum which further increases stress and anxiety, Actual worthwhile treatment is rare and half the time most of the staff are meandering around like they're on holiday.

A lot of patients, Especially elderly patients, Are left for anywhere up to 24 hours without a word, A lady I spoke to in her late 80's was waiting to get help for 32 hours and she was in serious pain, It's a disgrace and a lot of the staff in this hospital need to be prosecuted, Jailed for a few years and then banned from ever working in the medical field.

The entire place needs a shake up, I would classify this hospital as a danger to the public. .

Monday 7th October. In the emergency department. I’m naming Charmaine, Ana, and dr Marius. A very good experience for my elderly father. Everyone was so caring and helpful I’m a nurse of 44 years so I know what you are up against. Thank you
